We are blessed to have a missionary ministry that is diverse.

One of the great privileges that I (Roy) have is to serve as the Director of Global Faith Mission Agency

This ministry allows us to interact with those who partner with us and our fellow missionaries in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Because Edi and I both grew up on the mission field and have experience as resident missionaries ourselves, we can identify with many of the issues that missionaries are dealing with.  It helps missionaries to know that we have “been there and done that” when we are encouraging and counseling them.

We also have the privilege of promoting missions in local churches, often as mission conference speakers.  Because we are familiar with both the field and administrative aspects of missions, we spend time coaching churches through the process of building or updating their mission programs. Additionally, we enjoy speaking to and interacting with young people in schools, colleges, and seminaries about the needs and opportunities for evangelism.  It is thrilling to know that many of these young people are the future missionaries to the world.

Mentoring Missionaries

Claudio and Noemí Gimenez are church planters in their homeland of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I first met Claudio and Noemí when they were serving in Mexico City in a church planting ministry along with Brian and Vickie Burkholder.  That chance encounter has turned into a long-lasting friendship.

After years of ministry in Mexico City, they returned to Argentina to serve in another mega-city, Buenos Aires.  Ministering in mega-cities is far more challenging than most people realize.  Yet, Claudio and Noemí faithfully serve in the place where God has placed them.

One of the great joys of my ministry was the day that Claudio and Noemí joined the Global Faith family as missionaries.  When I think of them, I say along with the Apostle Paul, “I thank my God in all my remembrance of you.”
